Tamar Kvitsiani Wins First Prize in Portugal

Tamar Kvitsiani, a student of the Piano Department at the E. Mikeladze Central Music School, has won First Place in the 13–15 age category at the 3rd International Piano Competition in Bragança, Portugal.
